I have figured out why I have been so down for the last few days…I lost my little bottle of Rosemary essential oil diluted in carrier oil.
I have been using that mix to treat and prevent hayfever and sinus.for some time. Really, it is more effective than anything I have ever tried! I apply it to the bridge and sides of my nose, and if necessary on the sinus points. It reduces any inflamation and irritation, and stops the sneezing.
So anyway, even though I know Rosemary is listed in loads of aromatherapy references as an anti-depressant, anti-fatigue, mental booster, it was a bit of a suprise to realise how effective it is in helping me. I didn’t have the oil for 3 days, I became extremely tired and depressed. I bought myself new oil yesterday, applied it last night and this morning, and I was able to get through the day much better. I had more energy and was able to concentrate more. I’m sold.
