    That. Was. Lovely. Thank you for sharing it.

    Have you ever read the book Jennifer Murdley’s Toad? The fairytale you reference features prominently in it,and it’s all about acceptance of yourself even when you’re not “pretty.” It’s for young adults, but everyone should read it! (cough, not that Bruce Coville is my hero or anything… er, except he is).
